The salesmen were nice..but the salmon....no.  RESOLUTION: This morning Carte Du Jour knocked on my door to follow up with me. They were very friendly and kind. “We have made several purchases from you and have enjoyed everything. I used the large crab cakes to make small crab balls and also thawed them out to make stuffed flounder with the flounder filets. The bone in pork chops are really awesome. We are doing a modified low carb diet and everything fits in well with the plan. We get the filet mignon steaks and the rib eyes and to be honest we rarely go out to eat because these cook up so much better. I can even thaw them out fast in warm water and a gourmet feast is on the table fast. My husband wanted to take me out to dinner a few weeks back and I asked Why? . He could only answer to give me a break , but I still said no , I can do much better here at home with these products. I babysit a 3 year old granddaughter every day so I have my hands full but she now helps Nana cook and knows which boxes to pull from in the freezer. Also a shout out to my local Westminster Guy.
